Which 3D body?
Same recorded walk on three bodies. Left is today's. Middle is MakeHuman set to your build (180 cm, 68 kg, slim athletic). Right is Meta's free realistic body, with its skeleton measured from your disaster-shoot footage and photos.
My pick: the Meta body (right). It reads like a real man, bends the cleanest, and costs nothing.
It is not finished: it has no head scan, helmet or suit details yet, and its legs are a little shorter and its build a little narrower than the MakeHuman one.

What each one needs
- Today: a scan of one random man ("Manuel") squeezed onto MakeHuman's body. Short legs, a low crotch, a boxy torso.
- MakeHuman, your build: right proportions and already wears your head and helmet, but it looks like smooth CG.
- Meta body (pick): the most real anatomy (collarbones, knees, hands) and the cleanest bends. Its girth comes from your weight plus the real-men averages, because the wetsuit hides your real shape (fitted straight from the footage it came out 89 kg). To use it everywhere: move your head scan, collar, helmet and suit panels onto it. For an exact fit: film you in tight clothes from 2 angles on a tripod.
The other premade bodies I checked
- Daz Genesis 9: free, good joint fixes, but needs the Daz app and an account, and looks more CG.
- Human Generator: $128 Blender add-on, sliders for any build.
- MetaHuman: the most polished, free only under $1M a year revenue, and its body export is reported to crash on Apple chips.
- Renderpeople scans: real people, but each one has fixed proportions, the same problem as today's.
